Data usage
We use your information to properly fulfill your and our contracts, such as purchase and service contracts for SIA E.G. ‘s products and services.
We use the information we receive from you to send you direct mail to your or similar products or services by mail or email. You have the right to withdraw it at any time. Please send your recall to yss@yss-suspension.lv/eng or by post to the Data Protection Department SIA E.G., Kauguru Str. 13, Valmiera, LV-4201, Latvia.
In the event that you give us your explicit consent elsewhere, we will process and send your personal data for the purposes of information and marketing specified in the consent declaration. You have the right to cancel this consent at any time.
We will only keep your data for as long as necessary for the purposes for which we have collected your data. Specifically, your personal data is stored for reasons of product liability and warranty for 2 years from the date of purchase of your product, and in any case for another 3 years, as long as you engage in activities related to (for example, reservations, orders). In this context, it should be noted that, for tax reasons, contracts and other documents in our contractual relationship must be kept for five years. In certain cases, for example, in the case of an official procedure, this retention period may also be longer than five years. We keep track of your marketing data for up to 5 years after the last deal with you.
We also want to inform you that you have the right to request at any time what specific data you have been processed about (see details in Article 15 GDPR); have the right to correct or delete your data (see details in Article 16 GDPR); has the right to restrict data processing (see Article 18 of the GDR for further details); has the right to object to data processing (Article 21 GDPR), as well as the right to data portability (see Article 20 of the GDR for more details). In addition, you have the right to file a complaint with the data protection authority.
