Prices include VAT. The standard delivery time is 2–3 weeks from payment. If anything about an order needs clarifying, we will contact you. DPD shipping abroad is calculated for each address and added to the invoice.
How ordering works
- You place the order on the website and receive an email confirmation.
- We check fitment for your bike and availability, and send an invoice within 1 working day.
- Once paid, we ship the order.
Right of withdrawal (14 days)
Consumers may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. To withdraw, email us at info@yss-suspension.lv with your order number, or use the model withdrawal form in Cabinet Regulation No. 255.
- Return the goods within 14 days of notifying us — not installed, unused and in the original packaging.
- The buyer pays the cost of returning the goods.
- We refund the payment (including the original standard delivery cost) within 14 days of receiving your notice; we may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back.
- The buyer is liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the goods (e.g. installed or used).
The right of withdrawal does not apply to business customers.
Damaged or wrong items
Please check the parcel on receipt. If an item is damaged or not what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible — we will put it right free of charge.
